About Us
Greater Employment employs people who are disadvantaged by their mental health and or other disability concerns, we cater for both customers and coordinators of the NDIS program, which has been introduced by our Federal Government to assist people with persistent problems with their mental health and other disabilities. We are a leader in this field of employment which varies from the usual employment style, for those seeking work under the present mental health and disability systems.
We concentrate on your abilities, and we can help in other areas of disabilities besides mental health that are suffered in our community. We were featured in the Southern Highlands News November 19th 2020, as a much-needed employment sector for the NDIS customers.
Our Mission is to provide suitable employment within the mainstream work environment.
Our objective is to, enhance the psychological and financial position of our employees and to stamp out stereotyping distress (Stigma) of the people who are suffering from mental health pain and other disabilities.
Our company policy is to provide employment to at least the minimum wage and to enhance our workers to achieve their preferred career path.
