Although Professionals who are extremely concerned for your welfare may have access to your information, without your consent due to a forced hospitalisation or in case of an emergency. You are required to list all people, Organisations and Professionals whom you permit to have access to your files.
Privacy is void if you break the law, are found guilty of a criminal offence or are in breach of your Mental Health obligations.
